I have read that the foam used to insulate water pipes is better. one type of foam blocks vibration and the other does not.
Oh.. interesting.. I've actually had some sent in that black water pipe foam. Anyway, she sent me 14... Crossing fingers for a few ti hatch. I'm pretty sure they're fertile. Plus, the ones I set last night. I think I'll have a few girls to pick from. 🤞

The only reason quail eggs made it to me is because of the foam they were packed in.

Malden, MA?
Well, you’ll just have to enter and see!
Is there anybody from Malden? I'm technically a little farther east than Malden, getting eggs shipped from CA. I entered last year, was just a few days off from the time frame and did not qualify :hit And when I looked at the winners and their mileage, I saw that I would've won by a lot... Waah.

Yeah the time deadline always gets in the way.

I know, it's very unfortunate. I have to choose between the BYC deadline and the kids' spring break. It would be fun to participate, but I'd rather have my kids be home for the babies, so I'll have to pass again. Maybe some day the two will align.
