Ask if you have questions!
LOL you may not want to open that bag of mealworms with me..LOL... I have had a ton of questions, over thought things, over read things and everywhere in between. I've had some much advice tossed at me that I thought my head was going to spin. Then I've second guessed a 100 different things.

So my current flock is:
A Legbar roo, not sure if he's a crele or a crested because that confused me so I just go with Legbar... But he's beautiful.
My Hens:
Legbar
BCMs
Welsummer
Isa Brown
Easter Eggers
Olive Eggers
Brahma

It is good to see you!

Good to "see" you too! :D Missing California but I am starting to settle in more in Ireland. We have different issues here than back home, more predators since we live in a rural area, respiratory illnesses from wild birds, and super high humidity for incubation. Our humidity is around 90% most of the time and it's hard to get the air cells big enough, even with a completely dry hatch. Anyone have advice for lowering humidity in the incubator?

I have this same issue living in Hawaii. after trying everything, I came up with "toasted" sponges last May. I will see if I can find my post where I describe it in detail. Was able to get humidity down to the 20s for some Marans I was hatching with good results.😊

Found it:

Incubate in a closet with a de-humidifier?
