I hatched an egg that looked just like this last month. It did not have any issues and was one of my earlier hatches.

Thank you @spartacus_63, I'll leave it in the incubator for next few days & candle again on days 13-14 to double check

You got it going on with multiple incubators. Please keep us posted!

So 15 bresse eggs candled Day 7 or morn 8. 5 infertile/ non starters. 2 most likely ring of deaths 4 for sure with good veins/ movement. 4 doubtful but not positive they've quit/ died.

Day 14 now, same 4 that looked good before still looking good but one has huge saddle air sack. 1 iffy but doubtful left. All the rest for sure quitters. So left with 5 bresse eggs in there and the few quail I stuck in. 1 week to go. No more candling for me. Hoping the 4 left make it.

9 days to go on my 10 eggs... I'm seeing babies inside the BCM eggs now.. Still can't see anything on the EE eggs, so did a quick sniff of all the eggs.. no sulfur, every egg is normal. Too early to tell on the second older incubator.. I kept 6 eggs in the center of it since either end was too hot or too cold.

This is for forced air. Of course, I have not always agreed with it.
