13 week old mix breed.....hen or roo? hasn't made a sound yet either

Daddy is a full Brahma...his daddy is from the Columbian University breed stock...here is a better pic of his fluffy legs.

Okay, here is an update of my beautiful mixer...it is now 17 weeks old...still no crowing in sight, but it did cluck the other day like my other hens...so the sound leans me to girl, but the feathering has me stumped, neck feathers are still rounded, but looks like some small saddles may be developing...and the green sheen is not a dead giveaway towards male because mommy has green sheen on her too! let's see what you all think. Either way, too pretty to leave my flock!!!

I think I see saddle feathers coming in. Also, I've noticed that roosters often have that "fluff" showing at the base of their tails, whereas pullet's feathers are usually more streamlined to the very tip of their tails. Also, the large red pea comb and big feet still point to rooster too.
