Oh wow, that is a hard one to guess on! I would say with a comb that size at this age, probably a male. Do you notice any streamers coming off the back of the head, or is it really rounded?

It’s hard to say. “She” had those funky feathers on top.

That's a tough call. I have a hen that looks similar and with the size of her waddles I was shocked when she laid an egg.
