13 week old Speckled Sussex

I have 6 13 week olds and every day I sway back and fourth about gender.......these are tricky little boogers with red-ish faces. My Welsummer pullets are the same age and already have more wattles than these SS. But I just have a feeling there are some roo's in the bunch

I'm thinking this is a pullet? no wattles and pullet body type?

Looks like all pullets. Red face means laying soon.

. Not so sure about last one and they still have a few weeks before laying.

Well, thanks guys.

I was really stumped by the red faces as they are only 13 weeks old, I dont expect eggs for another 5 weeks or so. Are they pullets becasue they have no real visible wattles at 13 weeks old?

I don't believe they will be laying soon, all pullets have somewhat red comb and wattles. I can best tell that they are pullets because of there feathers and comb.

I have seven straight run SS. So, I'm not sure what they are going to end up as. They all look exactly the same at three weeks old. Yellow tiny combs. But they're SR.
