Hard crop?

My 2 month old ameracauna, mazie, has been laying around all tired. In Arizona heat, it's not uncommon to have listless, dehydrated chickens, especially if it's baby's first summer! I took her inside and gave her water like always, but then I noticed that her crop is very hard. I'm not sure how to help her, unless plenty of water can soften up her little crop! Any advice?

Does poop have anything to do with sick chickens with a hard crop? Because she just pooped a TON and it smells TERRIBLE

I've read the articles, theres a lot of remedies. Does my chick need a bra, or surgery? I will try the coconut method tonight. She has a normal feeling crop hanging out above her hardened crop ball- if that gives any indications of what she has going on?
