I"m only getting one SA - and she's coming in April along with 2 other breeds. I"m getting her and a Welsh from a hatchery and Anconas from a member here, LearyCow. I think it was your videos that sold me on the SA! I'd read that they can be loud and not friendly, but I don't think that's the case at all from the looks of your videos! I"m super excited!

Well on the loud front, we were a bit surprised by a couple of the girls. They are not always loud, but they are ready to go out in the morning. In the summers when everyone has their windows open, we are sure to be out there early! They really are very sweet ducks. A couple of them enjoy snuggles (especially Lucy and Stella), but all will tolerate a good snuggle. We've had several of them to the vets, and they are very well behaved in the car and in the office. You're going to love yours! I can't wait to see pictures.

Oh yes! You can see poor Goosie in the front in that video. She picked a horrible time to molt. Her little wings are just coming back in!

Poor baby, thankfully mine finished before the last frigid temps hit good thing because more is coming. I think all this crazy weather has everyone out of sync I’ve never had birds molt in December or Jan before
