14 week buff Brahma hen might be a boy.

She/he is pretty chill and the comb isn't redder or bigger than my hens of other breeds of the same age. But I'm thinking those are fresh saddle feathers right?

That's exactly what I was thinking! But I went with too because of those saddle feathers. But I guess since they have pea combs, it might just look small.

Pointed hackle feathers and yes those are the start of saddle feathers. Cockerel for sure.

This is why I thought he might be a hen. Until he had those saddle feathers, "he" looked like a hen. I had other Brahma cockrels in the group that matured in the face much faster.
