14 Week old d'Uccle with Swollen abdomen

Thank you. I did a quick necropsy this morning. Sure enough part of her intestinal tract was filled with air. Her intestines looked purplish, and some parts looked necrotic. Sound familiar?
No pictures, I didn't think to take any!
