14 week old polish

I have golden laced polish and blue black splash polish that are 14 weeks old now. One of the gold laced is definitely a cockerel- he crows every morning and has the most flamboyant hairdo. I'm not sure about this BBS though. What do you think- pullet or cockerel?

I think I see wattles in the BBS. Its head looks like my pullets but the rest of it looks like my cockerel.

the coloring, with those wing bars, says cockerel.
he may be developing slower since there are other cockerels in the flock.

This bird has wattles, but is skittish and shows no rooster behavior like my gold laced polish rooster. Do you still think pullet?
