14 week old royal palm. Tom or hen?

I really have no clue how to sex turkeys. I have three, two broad-breasted and then this royal palm. I am thinking hen because the videos on YouTube had much much bigger royal palms they identified as toms.. but mine isn't done growing just yet. The turkey is 14 weeks old.

How can you tell by looking? I'd like to know so I don't have to post a picture every time I get a new turkey(I plan on getting about 6 or 8 next year).

The snood on the nose is always larger/hangs down further than a hen. Very noticeable.
