14 week old Wyandotte odd pose

This is really helpful. The Zen Hen has also recently grown bigger than her sister, and her comb and wattles are much redder than either of the others. (It's enough of a difference that in addition to the odd poses, I was starting to worry about her being a rooster)
pic o my 12 week old wyandottes (silver laced) the one in front is a rooster (unexpected) maybe this will help you id the zen hen

.................................She's close to laying! I'm less confused about your hen then I am about you getting my post on another thread into this one.

Lol! I just copied the quote from that thread into this thread...so glad for the advice! If I had laid odds on which hen would lay first, this one would have been the last of the three.

Smart, smart.... 14 weeks old is early to be laying, I'm pretty sure...I'm not that familiar with wyandottes though. Here's hoping she'll lay soon!

The Zen Hen (really Zinnia) is the gold laced one in the middle. When I just went out to take the picture I realized that her increased size is indeed, right across her bum.
