22 total (18 RIR & 6 RIR cross). RIR pen have not been laying as well since they know I’m collecting for hatching.

The one on the left has already been going for a week. I originally said I was setting some bantam Cochins for Easter also, but customer demand calls for all big chickens right now.

Is that a Farm Innovators incubator on the left? Just curious…How are your hatch rates in that one compared to the NR360?

It is. Model 4250. Hatch rates usually run really close. 75-85% no matter which one it is. Been doing “dry” hatch with much success!

I've sorted out my eggs.

I've got 28 to go in tomorrow morning, stacked load in the NR 360 since I'm still not getting the fertility I'd like to see, plus my 5 pullet eggs that I figure I might as well try.

Everyone of y’all let me put out that janky math up there and didn’t say a word! I’m going to correct it, but I do realize 18 + 6 does not equal 22.

I corrected the original post. It’s 22. I don’t stack and hand turn eggs in a 360.

You can fit 30 if you leave the turner on & just turn the inner circle & stacks 3x’s a day…

No thanks. All that handling is too many chances to drop one.

Due to the early shipping of my eggs I was only able to start 9 barnyard mixes today for hatch along but I'm here for the ride good luck everyone
