Went to bed with 2 pips woke up to 6 of them pipped!!!!

4 of 6 deathlayers pipped this morning/overnight. None of the black copper marans....saw some wiggles. This is so exciting!

I managed to get a little better picture this afternoon!
I also found a surprise litter of Easter Bunnies that had fallen through the holes in my current cage.....7/8 were cold but still alive. I got them moved to a nest in the bunny barn so Momma is able to keep them alive.

OOOH! KAWAII!!!

Hope the bunbuns are okay. I managed to save two of mine that had gotten cold, but lost a whole other litter because momma (1st timer) wouldn't feed them.

The chick with the missing toe has been dubbed "Chosen One" and has two very enthusiastic cheerleaders. Woke up this morning to see her standing on her own! Number 3 broke out last night, and the last little chick is currently working on zipping. Woo!!
