Also, I'm thinking that Ponyboy and Johnny (of course) are pullets, and Soda is a cockerel.

Just let them and some of my older ones outside of the calf hut. I would love to get a better litter for the hut just not sure what to use.

I've heard good things about hemp litter. I'm considering trying it myself. It's more expensive, but lasts four times longer with superior absorbency and odor control.
