This one keeps me guessing. Sweetest thing whatever it is. He/she is called Pat and is my favorite. Any guesses?

This picture should help. I only see hen feathering on your bird. At 15 weeks, there should be some male feathering.

The saddle and hackles feathers that indicate a rooster don't show up until the bird is closer to maturity - 5, maybe 6 months old (depending on whether it's an early maturing breed or a late one).
 
Hahha. You all sound like me! I go back and forth all the time. Thank you kindly for your input. The bird is large, grew larger faster than the rest of the flock. I’m not sure of the breed, it was an extra, might be an Easter egger.
