Gorgeous pullet! An Orpington cockerel would have much larger and redder comb/wattles at this point. I love the view! I visited Oahu a couple months ago and it was an amazing place! Lucky to have the wild chickens too lol

Did you come before the pandemic? Yes chickens everywhere! We call them Renegades!

Yes! Back in February, guess more than a few months ago. Do you know if they've become like a landrace breed? It was very interesting the many patterns they had. They almost remind me of Swedish Flower Hens!

Pullet! The most definite way to tell is saddle feathers. A roosters are long and pointy, and a hen's are short and round.

indont know much about the history of their existence. Roosters are a big commodity here due to the illegal chicken fighting. I believe it is connected to that.
