Does making ahead for supper later in the week count? Trying my hand at homemade lumpia today to go with my son's chosen birthday dinner on Friday.. if all goes well they will be popped in the freezer so they are ready to go

I think I will just make pulled ‘pork’ sandwich (aka shredded young jackfruit prepared like pulled pork) and a salad
