Hmmm. Feathering says pullet. comb says male. But I guess I'll go with female.

I guess that she's almost certainly a pullet. Frizzle Cochin roosters usually have huge combs, and hers is small.

@Cyprus thanks! Hay Hays comb and wattle are definitely smaller than the cockerel, and her comb is straight instead of curved which I’m noticing the curve trend in cockerels from pics. My other bantam Cochin is a smooth and is most definitely a pullet like your smooth
