I'd buy more land. And invest in greenhouses. Big time.

Are we saying "hypothetically speaking?" Are we making suggestions for you or if we, our own selves had, $150,000?

Ok, If we are making suggestions for you because perhaps we aren't saying hypothetically here....then I would say, follow your heart. I bet you have some things off the top of your head that you can think of to do to spend it...invest it.... And none of us here would know better than your own heart.


If we were saying hypothetically if we had that much money our own selves to find use for...I'd pay my lawyer, pay my x's lawyer, tip the judge, stay in my own childhood home rather than be forced to move and make the updates that are needed to make it a better? insulated? dry basement? can close the windows? don't trip on peeled up linoleum? sidewalk buckle fixed? chimney repaired? home. And drats...now I've probably over spent.

Have lots of land 42A payed for

New truck payed for.

No need for birds ,getting rid of what i have.

Don't want to invest, may only have 12 months.

Sons will have home and land , when i go. or may sell now?

Well, if I could hide it from the Missus, I would build my Workshop Man-Cave complete with a beer fridge and a TV, microwave, then wait for my parasitic relatives to come over and clean me out cause "I'm rich and can afford it"

In reality, I'd pay off my kids college loans and make improvements to the home-sweet-home.

Well thinking cashing in life insurance, collect now.....

Have 2 sons , that do owe lots on their home, more than i would get.

Travel I'm thinking of, my one son works for airline, so I can fly free. Any where and as much as I want.


Know sounds like a no brainer.....travel , from my family , stay and spend most time with them here?
