Our new girls have been in the coop for over 2 weeks divided off from 3 older girls. When would you think would be safe to remove divider and have them together?

How old/large are the new birds?
Our new ones are actually twice as big as the older. Second pic is our new ones

Your younger girls look old enough but I would stay with them for a while to monitor the situation. Be prepared for the older girls to start establishing a pecking order. This may include the young ones being pecked a little. But if it looks like there will be blood drawn then you best separate them again. If they have been able to see each other thru the divider there may not be much of an issue. Good luck.

One of the older is being mean the other 2 not as much

They will be fine. If you separate again it just takes longer to become an integrated flock. Pecking order is the norm, the most aggressive is at the top of pecking order and most pecked at the bottom or it's a slow learner. If they have space to move away and it's not so intense there are wounds all is well. They will be 10 X better tomorrow and a full flock by weeks end.
