16.5 weeks and the gold sexlink just squatted?!

The little stinker waited until I left on vacation to start so now I only know it was while I was away (17-18.5 weeks). Shrug. She's laying little pullet eggs regularly but has somehow managed to produce two doubles so far. Shells are absolutely perfect and a rosy medium brown.

Waiting on the others to join in. Most look like it could be any minute.

funny you should say that.....i have to travel for work at the end of the month and will be gone for a week and was just thinking that is when my girls for this year are going to start laying......

I really thought I'd done well with the timing because I'd be back by 19 weeks. Oh, well. I have a very enthusiastic EE squatter now and it's the one with the picture perfect pea comb so fingers crossed for blue! The other one that doesn't care much for people has a giant raspberry beret of a comb so she has to be close in spite of her attitude.

Got our first serious squat today - from the RSL who is right at 16 weeks......she, the BSL, SS and BR are all starting to pink up and develop nice wattles and combs
