There are plenty of unsweetened protein powders on line. I know you are over seas but here is a link to our Amazon, check out some of these... https://www.amazon.com/s?k=unsweete...13278911&tag=hydsma-20&ref=pd_sl_34ir7z5431_eMy son in law and I were looking at the various protein powders on the internet this evening. Most seem to be quite high in sugar and obviously concentrate on the high protein low calorie formulations.
USN do a good range some are sugar free ~ https://www.usn.co.uk/My son in law and I were looking at the various protein powders on the internet this evening. Most seem to be quite high in sugar and obviously concentrate on the high protein low calorie formulations.
You can do it!!Ok guys, awake and skipping breakfast. Sipping my water & coffee during my usual “eating time” so I still have that 10 minutes of relaxing before I get ready for work. Hope I make it until 11:30!
Fabulous!! Feel free to join in, chat about it, keep us all motivated!Hi all, mind if I jump in? I have been doing the 8/16 schedule for about a week now, but had no idea anyone else here was interested in it![]()
My 2 cents - even if you can't do the hardcore/entire thing the "right way", doing SOMETHING is better than doing nothing. I have lost 16 lbs (that's a lot given my 5' 1" frame) over the course of the last year with very low effort...I was not even paying attention to the weight, really, but I started noticing my "fat pants" were too big. Now I am back to my previously normal weight.Hi everyone just finding this thread. I have a few questions:
1. Do you have to give up carbs for this fast? I try to limit added sugars and we eat Whole Foods 90% of the time…but pasta & rice are huge staples in my house.
2. Would an 11:30-7:30 fast work? We usually eat dinner between 6:30-7, and since I’m not always the one preparing it will be difficult to persuade my husband to eat earlier, especially since sometimes he gets home around 6.
3. I cannot for the life of me drink black coffee, so I either add a splash of unsweetened coconut or almond milk. (No sugar). Do I have to give that up for this fast? I can skip breakfast l, but I would really like to still have one mug of coffee before work.
4. Anything else a newbie should know?
Thanks everyone!
