We'd sing "you are my sunshine" to the milk drinkers. Lots of fond memories.

That and "Oh, what a beautiful morning!" Sang loudly and off key in the wee hours of the morning letting everyone know it was time to get moving.

Good morning everyone. I've been up since 6:15 when the Milk Drinker wanted to have a snack. He went back to sleep and I couldn't. This is how DH and the Milk Drinker were sleeping when I went to get my breakfast. DH didn't wake at all.

I went out and worked on tilling the weeds from between the plants in the garden for about an hour this morning And I've been relaxing for about a half hour.

I still have some more garden work to do this evening, there is a section that isn't planted but has weeds growing. We are leaving the weeds for now, but I'm going to mow them to keep them manageable until we get the seeds for our cover crop in. Then I'll till before we plant the cover crop.

I put 8 eggs in lockdown last night. Hopefully I'll have a couple fluffy babies on Wednesday!
