Could very well be parasites.
I had a pig that almost died a few months ago from worms. They were actually suffocating him.

Any advice on how to naturally deworm her? I'm anti chemicals, but will use them if I have to.

I dunno... I've heard that cayenne and garlic work. I've also heard that they don't.
I think you need something really fast acting though.

I just forcefed her about 1/4 teaspoon of chick mash.
She is holding herself the same, eyes closed.
Her breathing is so shallow I can barely feel it.

Have you tried giving her a little gatorade to giver her some sugar, liquid & electrolytes?
