16 week old Golden Comets, will they lay soon?

I just read an article about their combs and waddles turning bright red right before they start laying. Is that true? My girl's are pinkish now. Should I expect to wait a few more weeks?

Within the next few weeks/months you should see eggs! Generally (not Always but usually) the combs will redden and they start squatting before they're going to lay : D

In the next few wks they should start. I don't know what makes me more impatient waiting for them to hatch or for them to start laying
