16 week silkie no crow-- any chance i have a girl?

Unfortunately with Silkies you'll usually be waiting till about 6 months old for an egg, or sometimes near a year! ..She looks like a pretty pullet to me ;)
I hope so! I should probably just do the DNA test, but I keep thinking at this point I'm so close I may as well wait
 
Ok I'm feeling like I've got a boy because all of the girl tails are pom poms and this morning mine has a pronounced point developing on the tail 😬 I'm hoping it's just a quiet little dude since so far it has no interest in crowing in spite of being surrounded entirely by women birds

Yes well Silkies are good at tricking us :p
 
Ok guys, 21 weeks and I'm pretty sure Gumball is a dude (although a silent one, not much to say even in normal chatter and not a crow). Hes going through a rough phase, but definitely getting some roosterish neck feathers
