The large comb and waddles makes it look like a boy. But, the shape of the tail does look like a girl. Girls can have very large combs and waddles. And don't forget that boys can have hen shaped feathers. The is a type of chicken that are known as hennies, not sure if that is the name of the breed, but I owned a beautiful black (at least 7lbs) cock. I have a picture but don't know how to post it.

This might do it. not sure. Not the best Pic. He got got by a huge hawk off the string walk a few years ago. He was the biggest baby, and it seams like he was still out there only yesterday. That's how it works though. My favorites always get got first.

A girl with a huge comb is my guess. The feathers are hen, and the comb a little paler than it would be if she were a boy.

Leghorns of both genders are well endowed with massive combs by the breed standard, and it lacks the hackle and saddle feathers that the cockerel is showing, plus it has a feminine shaped head (ignoring the comb/wattles.) I say pullet all the way.
