She has been molting for about a month now. Her feathers are growing back in slowly, but she is very lethargic. She is eating and drinking, but when I let the chickens out of the coop in the morning, she hops down from the roost and stands in the corner. She will go outside after a bit and walk around. Her poop is watery, but clear. Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated!

Molt lasts 1-2 months. They can have decreased appetite, feel poorly, stop laying, and may be more distant. I usually offer some bits of scrambled egg or tuna for the chickens to share once a day while they molt. When I have noticed an illness in my chickens, it may happen during a molt or other stressful time. Make sure that she has no lice or mites, consider worming with Valbazen 1/2 ml orally, and make sure that her crop is emptying overnight.
