I'm so sorry- I haven't checked this thread in a while! If you are still interested, please let me know. I should let you know, Sid (my rooster) has gotten a bit more agressive in the last few days. I don't know if it has to do with the warm weather, or the hens beginning to lay eggs, or what. But, he has gone after me twice this week. Now, I've been told that it may be because I have only 6 hens in with him, and roosters do better with lots of girls. Not sure, but I feel I should be honest, as I would want anyone to be with me. If you aren;t interested, I will be moving him to my neighbor's who has 36 RIR hens. Thanks for the interest, and sorry for the lack of response- I should have stayed on top of that post!
