18 week old BA with dandruff?

Looking to confirm that there is nothing wrong with this pullet. She is a black Australorps and has that beautiful green sheen with her black feathers.

However, the are also covered with white little specs. It is unclear to us why.

Probably not molting because they are only 18 weeks old. Probably not mites as we could not find any. However not sure how deeply to look. 😳

We are new to chickens so looking for advice. We tried to find a thread that addressed this but could not find one.

Hopefully this picture is clear enough to show the white specs.

Sometimes my chickens get this. It is usually when new feathers are coming or after they groom themselves. I'm not 100% sure but I think it is pieces of the part of the feather that protects it at the base (I love chickens but I don't know all the official chicken body parts).
