18 weeks and I still can't tell gender of hamburgh x

This is my hamburgh x, At first I thought it was a he but it acts more like a she? And my big boy does not chase it away like he does the other roosters.

Can any one tell me for sure?? or at least 90% sure

I am seeing the lady I purchased this one from and she said to bring it back if it is a roo!!
