My vote is cockerel. 18 weeks, really red comb/wattles yet pale face. Long saddle feathers over wing tips in last picture. He is just a slow mature-er.

I don't see the saddle feathers that are referred to.

I did think is was a rooster but my big rooster does not chase it away and it hangs out with my other hens, I am really not sure.

I can't wait to find out, it's frustrating not knowing and I can usually tell by 8 weeks!
