Hi
I have 5 hens and 7 3 weeks old chick and I have a shed that I have converted to a chicken coop, it has a split level where I keep the chicks at the top and the hens roost at the bottom. I have filled any gaps and holes to stop air coming in.
I wanted to know if a tube heater is a good source of keeping the shed warm? But not sure on what the watts should be at? I was thinking about 120-180-240 watts?
Or would a lesser watts tube heater even work?
Thanks.
