18mo Hen never laid an egg!

Hi all, I have 4 chickens - Australops and Australorp x's. I have 1 hen that I have had since about 8 months old and she has NEVER laid an egg! She has always been a little bit 'duller' than the others ie. Not as demanding for food and not as 'smart' as the others etc. She is very healthy and strong and a good weight. Same diet - they are fed a mix of super poultry mix and layer pellets. Also given a meat meal, egg and porridge mix weekly. And they free range a couple of hours a day. She recently has started becoming more food focused so maybe there is hope yet!
She is definitely not laying elsewhere... I think she may be just a dud

I think EYP ,egg yolk peritonitis, the yolk of the egg empty’s into the abdomen for a long time it can build up before they die from it , I’d suggest researching EYP

I have an Easter Egger hen who didn't lay 'til she was roughly a year old...one reason might be because she's sort of in pain from a life-long broken leg, and the other reason I'd definitely say is because she matured really late, too. It might depend on the strain of bird with how early or late they mature. ? However, I understand a year-and-half-old is an awfully long time to go without laying a single egg..

She was apparently 8mo when I got her and her sister, that was almost a year ago.

Pictures please? And have you noticed any comb or leg color changes as this can indicate if shes ill, or getting close to laying...

How do you know this?
Did you keep them all confined for more than a week?
Have you checked her pelvic points?
