I've always identified this one as one of my too many BA cockerels. Its comb is large, but not as big as the other boys, and bigger than the girls. His wattles are also between the size of the boys and girls. But his legs are as thick as some of the boys.

So here's a chance to help me identify via feathers. Hopefully the pictures capture what you need to see to make sure that when these go to auction tomorrow night, this one will go because it is a cockerel and not a pullet getting ready to lay.

Thanks!

I am not sure. How old is the one in question?

Now, this one that you can't see that well looks like a cockerel from what you can see. Have you already identified it as male?

Another thing you can't really see is his neck. He has not quite taken on a "mane" look (that's what it looks like to me on black cockerels). See the added label below for one of the cockerel's neck.
