19 and a half weeks old and still no eggs :( egg countdown anyone??

Me too, they're my favorite. And out of my 12 those 2 are by far the friendliest. This is my 4y/o DD with Ethel (20 weeks +5 days)

NO NO NO,I LOVE YOUR CREATION! It also comforts me to know there are others out their having as much fun with these goofey birds as I am!

He knows ... he's just shy about compliments sometimes. I love the whole chicken craft thing (and I've been so nasty about crafting before this!). I'll have to go search for a chicken craft thread here at BYC ... Boyfriend has made a couple of these sticks, each one totally different, and has an awesome turkey herding pole, too. I'm not sure he realizes just how cool they are, though. They feel great in your hand ... plus that, Magic Chicken Feathers!

A big cup of coffee, and some score cards you can flash when she dismounts the nesting box!

And to think, some people won't eat the kind of eggs that come out of the backside of a chicken, they prefer the "clean" kind from a cardboard box at the grocery store. hehehe

i just went out to pick some eggs im about too all of a sudden a chicken jumps in a nesting box to start laying im like really i got a system to know how many eggs we got for the day when they stop laying thats when i picke the egg
