You can't get it out of the ground. The only thing you can do is watch for sick birds and treat them before it's too late. 19 chicks?

More info is needed: Symptoms prior to death? What were their age? What were you feeding them? Etc etc etc...
Seminolewind is correct, you cant get it out of the ground.

I am feed them chick starter they are older and I have some that are chicks the older one aren't grown yet though the symptoms I can tell you is they seem slow and stand off but not all of them do that it's like one minute they are fine then the next they are dead

Purchase corid 9.6% liquid solution. It'll be in the cattle section at your feed store. Dosage is 9.5cc's per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Change it out daily. It must be their sole source of water to drink. Do not add anything else to the treated water.

Coccidiosis can take them fast depending on where in the body it affects. I had 3 that were fine one day and dead the next morning. No blood until I picked up the dead bodies and it came flowing out. So sad.

Well I just dropped them off at a lab so hopefully soon I will know what is wrong for sure
