I won't feed my waterfowl the medicated feed. I've got to go buy a bag of unmedicated starter feed for them. The goslings will be 2-3 days old when I get them, the ducklings will be 1 week old (if all 3 eggs hatch) and the chicks will be about 2 weeks old by then (they are arriving and hatching this week...tomorrow...Thursday.)
So the chicks will be bigger and older than the others, but the feed issue will keep them separated anyways. I've got a galv metal stock tank in my basement and its separated by a big cardboard piece, so they'll be apart while they are all young and eating starter food.
Thanks
Lisa
