Okay, I'm going to try and post a photo correctly now. This little lady is about 19 weeks old with a pea comb and yellow legs, a glossy black head, ,hardly any wattles starting and partridge patterning. I haven't a clue!!

Update 9/15: Now she is laying beige colored eggs, any ideas?

She looks like an Easter Egger. I think I see a beard under her chin. That's why she has such small wattles. She could lay a green or blue egg for you! Very pretty bird.

ooh, we would just love for her to be an Easter Egger. So looking forward to those first eggs, maybe that will help us solve the mystery. Of course, I've learned on BYC that EEs can lay brown eggs too...bummer!

This is my EE with similar pattern but mine has darker legs/ I think yours might be something else....not sure i am a newbie still

Hate to be a naysayer, but to me, she looks nothing like a Dark Cornish. And she has a small beard, too. Cornish are pretty squatty and the plumage pattern is all wrong for Dark Cornish, though if you squint, it may look similar. I could be wrong (wouldn't be the first time) since hatchery birds vary tremendously, but my impression is truly an EE.

Here are some hatchery Dark cornish for you to see on Feathersite and on Cackle.
