19wk old Delaware....Pullet?? Help!!

Female, definately. The markings alone show that it's a girl.
Boys of this breed have barred tails, the girls have solid black.

That's what I thought, but when I posted pics of her at a younger age people thought male because of the black markings on her neck. So, I've had my eye on her!
