The pigeons were blocked off because they are currently nesting. I assume that’s part of the reason that they’re house was not as clean as the other areas.

I'm not a major clean freak (just got done shoving half a bag of giant marshmallows down a cow's throat bare handed. Looks like I just got done playing in a bucket of pissed off eels)... but I speak my mind anymore. The penned off thing makes sense. Remove those bags and stuff though PLEASE.
