@blessedwith10 I've had a few chicks hatch like that and they're super happy and healthy as of right now, being a month old or so. As long as there is access to outside of the shell, like the membrane inside is broken, the chick should be able to breathe and everything should turn out fine. If no progress is made in like ~24 hours then maybe intervene, but even then I would be weary.
If you're concerned about genetics then most people would say to cull that chick because that backwards hatching trait may be passed on to offspring and what not. Otherwise just keep an eye on it and the chick should break free soon enough.
