2-3 week old chick only sits

When I purchased the chicks, this chick was the most lively. It had absolutely no problems walking around, but it did have pasty butt a few times, not to the point where the vent was covered. Well two-three days ago I noticed it was just sitting. It could get up to rush to and from a location, but once it got there it sat back down. It has got progressively worse. Now, it moves it's feet, but it is like the hips don't engage to lift it off it's butt. Also, it breaths like it has been running a marathon, i.e. heavily.

I did start Corid yesterday just in case, and I help it drink and eat wet feed. I am fearful that it could be Marek's, but it still moves its feet, wings, and neck, so I don't know. I posted a vid, hoping it works.

At this point, it is unable to eat out of the 1qt feeder since it is unable to stand. It will peck the ground trying to get crumbs though. Also, it will peck food off a plate when I hold the food close, which is what I have been doing. I do feel like it was more inactive before I started the Corid, but that could just be me projecting.
