I just added a chick stick that I'd bought a few days ago.

that should keep them plenty busy, along with their new cardboard tunnel

there are also plenty of cheap bird toys and small animal toys and hideaways you can toss in there for more enrichment

Especially if they are going to be a cage, and not outside (what will their adult set up be?) they may need extra enrichment to keep them from bothering eachother.

We are building a large outdoor hutch. Each cage section will be 4x2 and house 1 male and 5-6 females. It should be done by next weekend.
We were planning on moving them to the garage for a while before moving them straight outside because it's still pretty cold in Utah.

I've also ordered one of these for each cage. I'll add other basket type houses too if needed
