2 baby chickens with broken legs

I was given a silkie that has its ball joint/leg broken. I wrapped the best I could for support! Is there anything else I should do?
I also have another chick that had a broken foot that they left go so long and it’s not twisted sideways. Should I wrap it or should I do another method.

The fix the second one would involve rebreaking the leg I think, I don't think there's anything you can do. the silky....if it is the ball joint of the leg, I don't think there's anything you can do, it will not reattach on it's own.
