It's the Welsummer or Leghorn (can't tell which at this point in time) that the chest coloring is important. One of the Wyandottes has a very red comb for a chick that is still mostly covered in down.
 
For the Leghorn/Welsummer chick, the color of the chest feathers will tell you gender. Just go look up a few photos of both the rooster and the hens. You'll see how different they are.
