2 day old Plymouth Rock will not eat and can't walk, falls over, Help

Please helpa.s.a.p.! I received my 2 day old chicks today and one of my Plymouth Rock girls is having a problem. She will not eat or drink and falls over when she tries to walk. I am new at raising chickens and want to help this little one, if I can. Is there anything that can be done?

Get some electrolyte/vitamin water and dribble it along its beak. Give some sugar water for quick energy. Its most important that you get it to drink. After you get it to dri8nk then you can work on getting it to eat. What I do is after awhile of dribbling the water put it by the water and try to dip the beak if she starts drinking on her own great! If not keep up the dribble then put feed on a paper towel and sit her on the towel if she is starting to get energy from the water she will start to peck the food. I had to do this for 3 days with my cochin bantam and now he is a healthy 5 month old rooster.
