Make sure to close your eyes during the procedure, relax and mentally go to your happy place. Maybe the pond with all your ducks around you. Stay there as long as you have to. It will help.

I'm in a happy place, they have me a moron drip, and whoa besty, I have ALWAYS declined pain medicine in the past because I am tough but last infusion went to hell in a hand basket because the pain messed up my BP so they covered their bases today. My happy place has rainbows , ducks and all my friends
